what is the average price per hour to charge a customer to
powerwash sidewalks,pool area,brick retaining walls.

Depends - type of washing done, power washer your using and any chemicals? We have had request for reatining walls and we think not a problem, then look at them and you would need a lift to reach that high or that far out. Depends upon situation I guess. Charge your normal rate and then x amount for washer, ladder, etc.
We did a a pool for a lady a while back and we had to rent 40ft alum. planking to cross her pool cuz she wanted the cover cleaned. That was interesting!
