Brick Paver Installs in NJ

My question is this...I have an lawn maintenance client that has just asked me to install a brickpaver sidewalk. I am under the impression that they are going to get other estimates. I am familiar with installing brick pavers, but a little rusty on pricing. The existing sidewalk is old red bricks that are laid on sand. These would have to be dug up, re-level ground, add stone, install brick pavers 3ft wide by 20ft long nothing intricate of a pattern. What would be avg. price structure for something like this?

I have seen prices from $9-20 a square foot
