cutting height

Hi I'm new here. Just started out this year with a exmark metro 36 inch deck model num. m3615ke. Most of my customers like the 3 inch cutting height. What is best setting to obtain this I have the chart in the manual. I also run gator blades. I want to get the best stripe possible. The setting I use now is axle poss.D, 2 blade spaces below the spindle and 3 spacers below caster. Is this my best set up.

You can experiment a little but I believe have the deck set where you want it. The pitch should be about right and the only thing I might change would be the blade. If it were me I would try the solid airfoil followed by the notched airfoil and compare the difference. You might be surprised what a difference you will see just by switching blades.
