I was just wondering if any one knows where I can get a snow blade for my 48" Hydro Bob-Cat. I know exmark had or has them but does any one know if they will fit mine? Please let me know. Im just looking for something to do small residential drives. Thanks.

I have a hydro Gravely .I went to my dealer and dug out a used Bolens 54" blade and with a welder, and torch custom made the blade fit works real well.

Rad technologies makes the plows for exmark and other companies. Call them to see if they make it for your mower.
RAD's number is (418)
338-4499, and you will want to speak with either Denis Marsolas or
Michel Bernier.

What's the problem with using a gear drive? Not enough control of speed?

The problem with a gear drive is the belts won't move. Belts are bad enough in the rain, but in the snow, pushing something in front, forget it.

AB: If you got it from RAD, what did you pay for the plow?

The other problem with belt drives aside from no traction is no reverse. This can make it tricky to back away from a snow bank.
I do not think rad has a web site.
