Paver prices in MN

I was wondering if somebody could shed some insight on the cost for a sq ft of cobble stone pavers would be. I was looking at 2 companies Bogert and Anchor which are suppliers in MN. They are cobble stone in look and the dimensions are for the

Rectangle 8 1/4 X 5 1/2

Square is 5 1/2 X 5 1/2


I have found prices as low as 2.10 to 2.85 sq ft.. can I find them lower? Is this in the ball park for pavers in your area that are similar in style and dimensions?

In Phoenix I pay $1.30 a square foot and, I get a 5% 30 net 45 payment schedule.
