Beats me. What engine/hp runs it?

I wouldn't touch it.. These mowers have weak hydros that are very expensive to replace. I know, I'm trying to get rid of one that I bought a few months ago. So be careful.

Remeber - you are not charged per word on this forum. It's a lot more helpful if you describe as much as you can to us about the unit you are looking at.

By a quick Google search, I found a manual with one of these from (what looks like) the early '70's? Is that what you are looking at? Probably too old to be reliable, and hard to obtain parts for. You really want to make sure it's all hydro, not an old chain drive from years past (prior to the '90's.)

I purchased my Grasshopper (1993 721D model) for a good price as it had been well taken care of, and was not previously a commercial machine. It was owned by a farm that put about 100 hours on it a year.
