This is my favorite time of year!
I print out all my mowing jobs with the actual dollars per hr my crews have produced this year.I then sort the man hr rate from the highest to the lowest.
Wow why did that lawn adverge $130 per man hr all last year? let's get more like that one!
but I look very close at the dogs, did somebody put up a fence or plant trees every where? I raise these prices to improve my portfolio of lawns and if I lose that customer
I have done myself a favor. The best thing you can do for you business in job cost!!
