I think if you look closer, you will see that it is a Mag flashlight mounted on the shotgun. Really works good at night.

That is a maglight not a scope mounted on my riot gun. It is my weapon of choice when confronting thieving scumbags. Do you have a problem with people stealing in your part of the country???
