Cubic yard. HMMMMMM.........

By logical thinking, that means you have a cube that is 3'x3'x3'..........

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm......................

Can you do math? I realize it may have been a long day and all, but how much simpler can it get?

I'm always amazed that people can't do math. Even simple stuff. We're not talking advanced calculus......

Just an observation.

With math classes in school teaching kids how to use a calculator instead of multiplication tables, well nothing surprises me.

Make sure you figure your amounts carefully and not overbuy mulch. The cocoa mulch only needs to be 1" thick, and 1 bag covers roughly 25 sq ft.

I guess I'm more amazed that people can't do simple math. That's why I have no tact with this. I've posted several times how to come up with cubic yard quantities, all that has to be done is a simple search. I know I could just simply ignore the fact that people can't do simple math, but I guess my reasoning in the back of my mind is that if they can't do the math, how can they survive in this business, or any business for that matter..........

On a related subject, I can't believe how often I get a call from a customer (and these are "well off" people who you'd think have had a pretty good education) asking how many c.y. of something they need to buy. These are people living in $750,000+ houses. oh well, I just let 'em have it on the price knowing their to stupid to know otherwise!

Come on people we all had ask well let me put it this way not so smart "?".

But they have this do it yourself construction calculator @ home depot that is great. Cost 20 bucks or get a super advance for 50 bucks. I

t cracks me up when i can give a customer a excat price on the spot.
Remember no question is a dumb question you just dont know.

Hey Green Pastures...

Is that what my crews are doing? Reading Scripture? Cuz every time I go to the job site I see them "lying down in Green Pastures"

LOL
