Iron and centipede need advise?

I have a question and just want to make sure before I screw up(I have been known to do that a few times!) This is for my personal lawn not a customer. I took a soil sample and just got the results. It recommends 4 lbs of 15-0-15 per 1000 in two apps it also recommends iron sulfate at 2 oz per 1000. Can I buy 15-0-15 with Iron and will it do the same thing? How often do I need to apply iron sulfate if I can't apply 15-0-15 with Iron? THANKS..
