My biggest job

Well I found out this week that I have got the bid for a large job that I bid this winter. It will the largest job I have ever worked on. I'm thinking about subing some of it out. Has anyone ever run into this problem? Thanks

What is the problem? And who would you sub it too? Quite possibly they may have bid the same job. Is it bigger than you can handle? Are you too busy now?

It depends on how things go. I think it might big to big for me, but I always think the worse. I will have my hands full fer sure. I'm busy now this job will not hit till the early fall. So that is good.
