2 dump trucks of top soil
6 wheelers?... 10 wheelers?... 18 wheelers? How many yards are you talking about? Most companies have either a day rate with a machine, or a per yard installed rate for topsoil. ;)

2 tri-axle loads im assuming. 600 sounds good. 100/hour 4 hours 2 hundy for tractor travel etc. plus material
so thats.. what....900 or something.
remember, you are charging "retail" or something like it, not /load. so thats 36 yrds x's what ever the going rate is, after 10 yrds discount.
i dont like pay/time, i like going with a quote so you can "fudge" numbers where you need to when you itemize your final bill. if ya like the customer come in a little under, dont like um a little higher. its all subjective anyway:)

tractor and boxblade rental and delivery at $500. 4 hours at $100per hour labor. Add material and delivery. Why work for minimum wage?
