How exactly would I go about priceing....and actually prepareing this lot for hydro seeding... its roughly 3000 sqft... with weeds..
I have a nice rototiller...but I want to kno what i'll need and how to go about doing it...
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Well Hometown, if a nice rototiller is what you have to work with, and since it is only 3000 feet, work with that.
Some guys might like to go through and spray a herbicide first. Many would not. If you are only using the tiller I would try to make two passes a few days apart. Level it off as well as you can which can be done with anything from a hand rake up and hydro seed. If you did use a herbicide you should wait at least two weeks, preferably three before you hydro seed. The herbicide can effect the germination of your lawn seed.

to prepare for seed i charge .15 per square foot
thats sod cutting and raking out the area-- more if loam is needed

round-up doesnt effect seed germination...
