Nurseries that are selling these products are gearing it towards the landscaper population. Just about every nursery or landscape material provider had no idea that you needed a license. Some of these nurserys are big companies. You think they would have done their research first before pushing the products to LS. I get around it by doing the design, buying the products, placing the fixtures and providing a service contract. Making the wire runs and then I'll have an electrician come in and make the connections. I'll pay him anywhere from 100 to 500 just to make the connection.
