Landscape Design Contract

Hi everyone. I've just started a landscape design business.

Does anyone know where I can find a good contract? Please note that I don't offer contracting directly, but will consult/supervise as necessary. So, the type of contract I need has to do with getting a % up front for a plan, what the client will get for a fee, alterations, liability, etc.
