Exmark vs. Scag

I am look at Exmarks and Scags.

What is your recommendtion?

I just drove both (48" Hydro, Walk Behind). I chose the X-Mark because of the dealer and I liked the drive system a little better. The scag was actually easier to drive, but the drive system seemed to put the mower farther in front of me than I was comfortable with. The specs claim they are almost the same, but my perception was what it was.

This is sort of like the chicken and the egg. Both brands are outstanding. Look at your dealer/service locations, and consider the comfort of the cockpit with a test drive. Either way you win, unless you have to drive 2 hours for service. Good luck.
