graphic designer on designoutpost.com. you pay up front, submit what you want and different designers submit their work. you ask for mods, they change, you pick which one you like. that designer gets the money and will make further mods for you with in reason for no extra. it is really a great idea although apparently some in the industry label this site as the "scrubs" of graphic design. i disagree.
