Finish grade pricing

How do you determine your price for finish grading and seeding with straw?

Grading:
1) How many rocks?
2)Did the builder/excavating company do the rough grade correctly?
3) How much dead weed material is there?

If the answer to those is: " a lot of _______ (rocks, weeds, or grading)"... higher the price because of the time factor and headache you have. I have already spent a long day getting a lawn ready because of these factors. Couples days later, spent 1/2 a day doing close to the same size lawn because there was less rocks, weeds, and very little grading to do.

Seeding and strawing: figure your expenses and how much money you need/want to make.

Don't forget to figure the cost to rent a straw blower. You can't hand spread straw as evenly or as efficently as a blower.
