Fleet Farm Spraying Glass Cleaner For Weed Control

I pulled into the Fleet Farm parking lot and noticed one employee spraying the curb and parking lot weeds with a bottle of Glass Plus. Fleet Farm has all the products and spray equipment for proper weed control. Why would the have their employee go out with glass cleaner to kill weeds?
