Has anyone had any problems with the mule drive idler arm not holding grease and rattling. Its the left side of the two big pulleys that turns the blades. <p><p><font size="1">Edited by: dhenegar

Since the Lazer Z is a hydro I didn't think it had mule drive anything.

Mule is the HUGE belt that goes from engine to deck.

You are referring to the deck belt, not the mule drive, I think. And the pivot on the arm rather than the pulley. I have a Kees that is very similar and have not had that problem. Most likely there is a bronze bushing or some kind of bushing in the arm that is worn out. Just a guess.
