For those of you that are charging $X per sf on your patio bids, are you including the materials in that or are they in addition to? I have never included materials in the price, but am starting to hear more and more if it.

I see you are in a northern region like us. Are you using~12-14" of base to combat frost movement like we do? Also, as tumbled pavers cost significantly more I assume you adjust your sf price to accomodate this? Just out of curiosity, what are the typical rates down there?

I do patios at 10 - 12 a sq ft plus the cost of the stone.....usually end up anywhere from 12 - 17 dollars a sq ft when its all said and done
