Servicing my Toro Engine

I have a Toro Model - 20462 Super Recycler. It is extremely difficult to start. Once started it stalls after about 5-10 seconds.
Is there a service manual for the engine of this mower? If bad gas has run through this engine (storage issues) what should I do?

I found out I have a Briggs & Stratton engine, Model # 128802-0615-01. I also know it is a Quantum series engine. Briggs & Stratton has a 4-cycle small engine repair manual.

It only took me 4 hours to answer my own question!
