If I cannot find any contractors, what product should I use... CHarge how much per foot? How many hours is the job going to take to do a 5,000 sq foot area? Average?

If you dont know a contractor , call the closest irrigation distributor and ask them for some refrences. Cambria county , isnt that pretty close to Confluence Pa ?
