View Full Version : Kawasaki engine
The Kawasaki engine on my new 2004 Bob-Cat WB (which I love) has become extremely hard to start, it takes me 20 minutes to get it started. Once it is started it runs great and it starts on the first pull when it is warm. My thought is that perhaps the magneto a.k.a coil has failed. The engine only has 50 hrs on it. I am taking it to the dealer tommorow.

Let us know what the problem was.
lossen the screw for the thottle cable and pull it all the way back with the thottle in the choke position, the butterfly on the choke is not closing enough
I took it to the dealer, and got it back today, and it turned out the choke wasn't adjusted properly. Now it starts on one pull when it is cold. I love my Bob-Cat!!!!!!
