any commercial 21” mowers out there that are Electric start that can disengage blade

Hi Guys, Are there any commercial 21” mowers out there that are Electric start that can disengage the blade while the mower is running. I dislocated my shoulder yesterday and am in need of something I can electric start and run up or down the back of my ramp with out the blade engaged. Any thought or help appreciated.

We bought a JD 14SB a few years back used for $250 and it came with an electric start and the mower runs while you turn the blade off. I'm sure the newer JD "21's do the same.
