these first three pics are of a property that a guy bought and he was redoing everything. So we went in there, I think the first time the lawn had been mowed all year, and hacked it all down. Bid it at $140, and it only took two of us 38 mins to do the job.

Here is the before pic (I had another pic but I lost it) We actually mowed a little in the front in this pic

the next two pics are after pictures (after we finished the work)

ok, the next set of pictures are of a library. They basically wanted a professional to come in there and really take care of the place. I talked them into a sprinkler system and the works in regards to weed/feed, mowing, landscaping maintenance, tree fertilization, aeration, etc.

These first pics are the before pics of the property I even set foot on it or did anything.

these next two pics are only after 2 1/2 weeks of work on the lawn, approx 1 1/2 week after the sprinkler installation. I have weed and feed it, and this coming fall I am going to aerate it.

here is another picture of the after

Now when I took these pics not all of the weed/feed had completed absorbed, so hopefully some better results will be on the way

next two pictures are of my worker that I just hired on part time

another picture of him blowing off the landscape of the lawn in the next few pics to come after this one

like that cable line in the picture!? We have had to deal with the line the entire summer. It has been 1 1/2 years and the cable company still hasn't buried the line yet

the next three pics are of a property that I have showed before, but I thought that I would show some new pics on the property at different locations

another picture of the backyard...I wasn't that happy with the stripes today. The lawn in the back hasn't been that lush for the last 3 weeks though. Probably TruGreen!

Tiedeman, does your helper work for another person, when he's not with you? If not I may keep him busy, 2-3 days a week.

I'll PM you to let you know

I did, up until about 1 1/2 weeks ago. He helps on the lawn maintenance for about 5 hours a week, and then he does nothing but landscaping maintenance for me.

I found out that I did in fact need someone and so far he has been doing a great and thorough job. Heck, the trimming he had that down the first day, now the mowing he is still kind of shaky with the commerical units but catching on fast.

He has experience in landscaping installation, hydroseeding, retaining walls, and hardscapes from another company.
