clutch housing

I have a troy-bilt trimmer that won't retract the rope. How do I get the clutch housing off to get to the recoil spring. Is it just pressed on? Thanks.

If you look down the square hole the drive line goes into on the clutch you will find a T20 or 25 torx screw. It could be right or left hand threads depending on the model.
