I went to an Exmark dealer the other day and I was treated very badly by the sales rep. He needed an attitude adjustment.
I always look and study the machine about 5 minutes to see if I can repair it my self. Things like easyness of oil changes, changing belts, other stuff like that. I looked at others and they gave me NO Problems or BS! This rep tempted me not to buy exmark products.
