Lesco's Spray Equipment is generally good. However in my part of the world their service and repair sucks. I am in a small town, Chicago may be different.

I have heard many good things about the Lesco sprayers. If you go and check them out in person you will notice the high build quality that all of the sparayers have.

Odin - you'll be happy with the performance of a lesco sprayer.

There are some sprayers at http://www.csturfequip.com/ also.

I don't know if they are better or worse then Lesco.

Same here, Lesco Sprayer - Good. SOME Lesco Service - Bad.

I purchased the 50 gallon unit from Lesco this spring and really like it. No problems with it yet, so I cannot comment on their service/repairs.

I have 2. So far so good. An occassional pump rebuild which is nothing to do and cost about 50 buck. I would and will be buying another soon.

I have been using lesco sprayers for years.
I have a 200 & 300 gal unit each with hypro d50 pumps on them.
One is for turf (though I'm going more granular and spot spray w/ PG) the other is for tree spraying.
I like the fact that I can find parts easily when I need them.
They are both great units.
I'm very happy with them.

As for Lesco service, I've had good luck in general but I have heard some nightmare stories.

I have a Lesco 200 Gal sprayer and it is very nice. The 5.5 hp Kawa engine doesn't suck that much gas either. This spray rig has been very god to me and once I get another truck, I am going to get the 200 gal space saver.

As far as service goes, My Lesco dealer in MD refferred me to an independant mechanic that is sub-contracted to do the work, and the warranty is covered. If you find a mechanic, make sure the warranty will be honered.

One last question ,is the spray gun on it good..the one that was on my northern was crummy and thats putting it mildly.

I wont need to get another spray gun right off will i?

Odin - if you're referring to the Lesco/Chemlawn gun, yes they are good. That's all I use. Also easy to fix and get parts for, if needed.

Have two 200 space savers. True about service, but good thing is other places can work on pumps and engine.

lescos service around here is pitiful. I dropped one of my lesco spreaders off the first week of april to be repaired. I have called and stopped in about 8 times since then and every time its a run around. I dont even know who has my dam spreader at this point.

I have the lesco 200 gallon sprayer. Been a good unit for the most part. The spray gun did go south on me a few weeks ago though. 80 dollars later and I was back on the road. what a rip off for a peice of plastic!
