Metro not pulling like it used to...

Changed rear height from c to d, now it seems my Metro is not pulling me like it used to. What is the best way to tighten up the drive belt slightly?

The adjustment is outlined in detail in the "assembly" section of your ops manual. Anytime you adjust the rear axle you must adjust the drive belt linkages.
