Is it worth the extra cost to but a tru-tak as compared to the one wheeled velke. Has anyone tried one a tru-trak, the local dealer said it cost about 499

We have a back-up 52" Toro Proline hydro walkbehind with a tru-trac. I like it much better than a Velke, it keeps you centered behind the machine, larger platforms for you feet and each platform moves independent of the other. It also is built very solid.

I demoed a true track sulky and liked it better than my 2 wheel velky. It will handle way better that a one wheel velky.

Interesting idea, but thing looks super wide. Personally, I love my Jungle Jim...and I think I would prefer one platform where I can move me feet across as needed.

Only problem we had with ours was it seems to stick out a little further in turns making striping a little more difficult. Very heavy duty. We were using it on a 62 in hydro and keeping the front down was not an issue. However, I feel like on our 52 it would have done wheelies all day. By the way, call Farmers Feed and Seed in Kernersville, they have ours as it didn't work out with the hydro 62.

I've always liked the look of that sulky. I have also wondered many times if one could be fitted to an eXmark Turf Tracer, and if not why?... And why don't they make them this way?
