While I am waiting for my one hedge trimmer to get fixed, I decided to step out and by a single sided EXTRA long one. Guy gave me a deal of only $195 (tax included). I jumped on the offer

It is hard to get used to the single side though

ya, probably a 1/4 of my 2-cycle equipment is cub. The rest is Stihl or Shindawia. And one piece of Solo which I would love to set on fire if it didn't cost me $400.

How do you like single vs double sided? Actually, you should answer that, I guess, when you become accustomed to the new one.

well, I love the extended cut of it, but I do not care for the single side that much.

that extra long cut will come in handy on large shrubs and hedges

NICE!!!!!

nope down at Genes

They are two others a shorter single sided and a double side one for $299 out the door. You and Bernie should go down and take a look at them

I was lucky on this one, because it was one that they bought from a previous dealer going out of business

Thats pretty cheap, I probably would have bought it also, to just let it hang along side my 2 other hedge trimmers.
:D
