..............Smallest yard?

Can you beat 150 sq. ft. To me it seems pointless to even have grass area that small but what do I know?

So tell me, what is your smallest lawn you maintain.

I have a commercial that takes one pass down each side with my 36" wb and two passes on the front. It takes longer to get the wb off the trailer than to use it.

I've posted this picture before. It's our smallest account, not sure of the exact size though. No more turf than what you see in the pic.

1/2 sq ft of picture perfect grass....Aunt Lives in apartment building in NYC and keeps her "lawn" in a 6" flower pot.....I wonder what the charge to cut that would be? ;-)

I have one account which I only cut the hill, the homeowner does the rest. 4 pasts each about 220 feet long, two passes on the hill, then one above and one below. Takes longer to take the get the stander unstrapped and off the trailer than to cut it.

Here is a picture

Jodi, that's nice work. We call those postage stamp size lawns. Do accounts without lawns count?

I take my 60" Exmark and ride for about 20 feet and I am done. I charge my minumum of $30.00. It takes more time to blow off then it does to cut and trim!!!

Our smallest is 450 sq feet. It meets our minimum charge of $35, takes us 5-6 minutes to cut, trim, blow, and edge. Not to mention, we have another yard right down the street that's only 650 sq feet.

I've got one that is rectangular in shape, ~300 sq. ft. with 2 olive trees. I charge $12.50 per visit, mow edge blow, some weed killer. Takes me exactly 6.5 minutes by myself, start to finish!

walker-talker,

Almost forgot...I have a townhouse that's maybe 200 square feet. It's in the middle of the row, takes longer to walk the machine around the back than it takes to mow. Also have a new customer with a robotic lawnmower. He pays me to trim & edge EOW.
