well im putting at ad in the paper this sunday and i fugured i would open it up to the forum first to see if anyone is out there lurking for a great job.
must be able to work m-f 7am-5pm (no exceptions)
basically what im looking for is a experianced lawn maitenance laborer who could help us finishout the season and learn the way our company operates and stay with us for years to come....we are a fast growing company whos work is among the best in the area will continue to grow in the years to come. the position would offeer plenty of room for advancement for the right individual.

well it would depend on the type of person applying and how far they want to move up the ladder...i have over tripled the size of my business in the last 2 years and am on track this year to over double this year....the posibilitys are endless....weed whipper-rider-foreman-account manager-division manager-salesman-VP.....the list goes on...we have several key people allready that are making there way up the ladder right now...one has been with me for 4 years and is currently making around 30k and will probably greatly exceed that this year with the ammount of snow we have had this month
