Here is a pic of my largest yard that I cut. I cut several that are 3 and 4 acres but this one it just over 5. It takes me 4 hrs by myself to do it all. With my helper (son) who is now back in school it took just under 3hrs. It all bermuda and about 1000ft off of the road. The pic was taken from the end of the driveway in the rain. Started raining on the way out of the drive.

My kind of client! Keep it up, and get some of their neighbors.

I wish we could get a few days of rain. Lord knows my yard needs it bad, I know some of my accounts yards need it to.

Cute response, I liked that, made me laugh. Maybe FreshCuts can tell us if there are really any neighbors around to target.

Let me see if I can answer most of the questions. It not a doctors but a pharmacy owner. They want it cut every week. whether it needs it or not. It pays $160 per cut. It I do anything else beds shrubs, it is extra. The neighbors or kinda spread out. The customer owns 40 acres their yard is only 5 of it. The next door neighbor has 3 teen age sons that cut their own yard. I wish I could pic up some of the nighbors, but most are intested in doing it them self.
