I have a 2000 xf 2300 dixie chopper with 900 hrs that i'm having performance problems with. Changed the plugs & fuel filter, cleaned the fuel lines & gas tank(no water in there) The 23 hp Koehler runs balls to the walls until a month ago. As soon as i hit the trottle it hesitates and bogs in high but not extreme grass. Never had a problem with this machine before and could use advice

We had problems with the coil on our 25hp Kohler, I would do a compression test to make sure you are getting even compression on both sides. I would also check the fuel pump.

Get another mower besides that sorry Dixie thing. LOL. Just kidding, but it is possibly the fuel pump.
