I've had this for almost a year. I noticed it leaning forward this afternoon and good thing I did. I could have lost my 750. Anybody else had one of these Jungle Jim BlowerMates break like this?

I noticed it was kinda flimsy when I bought it.

if you were closer i'd weld it back together for ya, on that note you could take it by a weldor and have it fixed in a snap

I don't know about fixing it, it's always flopped around and I've always thought it was a bad design. The weld could be fixed but that would put the next weakest point under stress. I just think it's made with cheap flimsy steel. If it were true angle iron, that would be a different story. These big blowers need more support than this thing has to offer.

looks like about 16ga. to me, honestly a beefier rack would be best

Hi! Jennifer here from Jungle Jimís Accessory Products. All of our products come with a two year weld warranty. There was a limited batch of Blower Mates that contained the wrong type of steel. All Blower Mates are made with 7 and 10 gage steel. If you have problems with the unit please contact me and I will be glad to exchange it for a new one. Happy cutting!

Service, you don't know the half of it. She tried to call me twice on my cell phone this morning 9:01 and 9:03, I had fallen asleep on the couch. I called her back and we had a long conversation. The long and the short of it, I have a replacement on the way. I would wish that other companies would take notice of the way Jungle Jims handles problems. Thanks Jennifer

My gosh! I just read the two threads that Jodi referenced and then the reply from Tharrell. They sound like they have great customer service. Good customer service is a very rare thing any more.
