Gutter cleaning

A few customers asked me if I can clean there gutters. I thought why not. How do you guys estimate cost for gutter cleaning. Does .50 cent per foot for a first story home. $0.75-1.00 per foot for 2nd story level. 1st level is easy with ladder. But, 2nd level is a bit higher. Any suggestions on 2nd level technique to clean?.
