Well over the last 6 years I was asked to do some bush hogging and always told the customer that I wasnt in that busines and later would get replaced for someone who could or would do the bush hog work, But when i got a job doing a golf course that need both regular mowing and about 10 hours of bush hogging, I gave in and bought a 41 hp Kabota tractor and a 6 foot bush hog. now everyone is happy, well not exactly i dont like paying for the tractor one little bit.

Yeah those kabotas are expensive (lets see, 41hp, new, no loader, I'd say around 19k? depending on tranny hydro or gear or shuttle shift). I'm going to be getting one used soon, and have a bush hog allready.

well it wasnt that bad, i think i paid 16000.00 for the 4wheel drive tracter and 1100.00 for the hog. so about 17000.00

I just use my 6' Chopper!

yes they are expensive but i allready have a 3430 brand new. So i didn't know if it takes alot of advertising for bushn hogging. Just going to put the thing to work for a little extra income not for my main source of living. What other tractor services like tilling and grading do you think could help keep this tractor busy

42 homers , you wont use your 6 foot dixi in the kinda stuff i cut with a bush hog. unless it eats 3and 4 inch diameter sapling trees too not just the tall grass.
