exmark diesel

I am a homeowner and have a opportunity to buy a 2 year old Examrk Z diesel with a 60" deck. It has 200 hours on the meter. Price is high 6's. Condition looks excellent. This mower probably is a overkill for what I need(mowing 4-5 acres) However I have diesel fuel on site for my tractors. Is there any problems with this mower or the motor I should be aware of? Also is the price in the ball park. Thanks Modelman

6-7 K for a 2-year old Exmark Diesel with 200 actual hours sounds cheap.
If its in the condition you say and has been properly maitained, I would jump on that! That is if i trusted the person selling it.
