Also, this grass needs to be ID'd, if you can. It has very broad leaves, very green in color, and sin't crabgrass. Grows in various spots throughout the yard, not sure how to get rid of it.

If you are referring to Dallisgrass, nope. That stuff closely resembles crabgrass, this stuff is more like johnsongrass, just with wider leaves. It is also very smooth, and very green. Some of the leaves on the mature stuff is 1/2=3/4 inch wide.
