A couple of bags of fertilizer got humidity inside, when I tried to spread it yesterday the granules did not come through the opening and also they clumped. Is this product trash? Is there a way to save it? Can I mix it with dry product of the same grade? Can I put it out to dry on a big tarp and try to use it?
Thanks,

The best way to dispose of it is to use it.
The product label should give the best direction.
As far as the drying on a big tarp goes, Read the MSDS to see if there are any warnings about the heat that may build up in the process.

They are eight bags of Starter Fertilizer form Lesco. They are obviously high on Phosphorous content.
So far, I am thinking of screening them and give them a try.

Fertilizers are salts - and salts absorb moisture. If you try to dry damp fert by spreading it out on a summer day, it will be mush after a few hours of drawing moisture out of the air.
Never saw any way to dry it once it got damp.

I'd use it on the shrubbies....
