I live in central NJ
How do i pick the right grass seed? I am going to do my aerating/overseeding at the end of September (I just put down Weed-B-Gone so I am going to wait 3 weeks). My yard has some shade and some sun. I would guess maybe 60-40 sun to shade ratio. Since it is close should I go with a sun/shade mix. Will it hurt if my sun/shade ratio is off. I ASSUME that if I over overseed (way too much seed) that it will make up for any mistake that I could make.
BTW, what is the latest that I can put seed down living in Central NJ?
