Depends on how long they have been in buisness, how much of a percentage maintenance is a part of the buisness, and the size of the company. I assume you will get answers between the range of 1 to 200+. Me personally I have about 50.

I don't think there is an average. I depends on to many factors.

By the way, I'm part-time, mow only on Mondays and do 15 contracts. I plan to up that for next season though.

I mow around 60 lawns per week (solo). Have maybe 67-70 total, with the every other weekers. Funny thing, I've haven't bothered all year to see exactly how many I have. More concerned with the $$ I'm generating.
