When I left for school this morning it was chilly! Had a bunch of leaves down yesterday I cleaned up. Looks like the grass season had only a few more weeks left (in the northeast @ least)

Who is ready for grass to be over with, who is dreading leaves, who cant wait to plow, who just wants to do nothing for 3 months?

Lets hear it!

I really don't want the money to end but I am relieved that it is coming to an end.

Ready for a break but also ready for Snowplowing. Leaves are just starting to fly here in Columbus, Ohio. I think I could sleep for a week straight.

Love the money coming in but am looking foward to a couple of months off. Not a big fan of having to go out plowing but the money is awesome. :blob3:

It doesn't end down here in the Sunshine State. It just slows down a little in December and January. But I am looking forward to every other week for a few months. If it gets cool enough I might even be able to skip all of January.

I don't mind the grass but I am not looking forward to the wet leaves and I am looking less foward to the cold and snowy days excerp when I can do nothing.

Dennis, were you in the business in 1986? I was, and the daily high temps in the Tampa/St. Pete area ran as high as 90 degrees into the first week of December. Needless to say, I was WAY over it by then.

Yea I want it to be over on Dec 15th or there abouts. I can count every dollar that is going to be coming in from now to then and I don't want to lose a dime of it. It makes springtime start up that much harder even more so when you plan on another massive expansion.

The day before Thanksgiving is my planned last day. I am looking FORWARD to the break. My wife just bought a vacation package in Cancun Mexico for the December majority. Food and Booze is all inclusive. They will be sorry they did that! MUHAHHAHAHA!

I am not ready for it to be OVER yet, but we are just around the corner from slowing down and THAT i AM looking forward to.

First hard freeze outside as I type. Its a matter of time now. But then I look at the forcast and see that we are in for 70's later this week. Its been an up and down year and it is always nice to have nothing to do for a day or so in the winter.

Mine usually ends week after Thanksgiving then the money gets real tight and I get VERY lazy during Dec. and Jan. Wife tell me I need to get another job  during this time. NOT! I cant really say Im ready for it to end but sure do enjoy the cooler weather.

NEVER ENDS> Now its time for the leaves and having a lung full of dust everyday when you get home. After the leaves it pruning and spraying weeds then the grass starts to go again.
