Any Cape Cod lco's for sale?

I have a friend here in S.E. Ma. looking for an established lawn care business for sale on old Cape Cod. He is well established here, and wishes to branch out to the Cape. He is open to equipment/ no equipment. Please pm myself with further information, because he is not computer literate, believe it or not. He is interested in any and all propositions.
