Since we are looking at adding dew fees, poo fees and past due fees; along with obstacle fees, high fuel fees and doulbe mowing fees.
WHY not add hot weather fees. I mean when it gets 95+ out there it really takes it's toll on us lawn guys/gals. What about charging .50 for every degree over 95 which at least would help to recoup cost for gatorade?

Yeah and don't forget the colder weather fee, when you have to stop and get hot chocolate/coffee to warm up a bit. ;)

I guess you guys could really add all of these charges.. Start at a $5 base charge for your "thinking fee" and from there the possibilities to $25+ is endless.. Have fun with it.. Show your customers the cost breakdown too lol :cool2:

How about an invoice processing fee? Make them pay extra because you have to bill them.

I have a lot of the fees mentioned. I have all of the above fees. Low branches fee comes when I trim them. Gate fee is added in the estimate . Swing set and trampoline is added in at estimate. Of course the home owner only know about the low branch fee.

Don't forget to double that .50 per degree fee to cover the time spent explaining why there is the other fee.
