king--everything considered......lesco is as much a value as any other unit out there.

I have run a lesco for years and it has been an outstanding value for me.

my H/D Lesco is great. Cuts real well and my service guys are good also. Just demo them. Made by the same people as Cub commercial.

No problems with any of my Lesco equipment. I run belt walkbehinds and Zero turn riders, spreaders, etc etc and haven't had a problem with any of them..

Well worth the money. I have heard some of the dealers are crappy, but thats an assumption only you can make about your area. :waving:

Only complaint is on the 52 inch walk beind deck. The thing just does not hold up. After three years the cut was just terrible. Checked everything before taking it to mechanic. Showed me two just about the same age with the same problem. You can push down on the hadles and watch the deck flex. During the off season will be putting a 48 deck on it.

Me too, will trade in my 72, for another one, either this fall or in the spring, depends on what the tax man says to me.

Is that 72" Generac powered by chance?

I bet the tax man would be in favor of you donating it to me.... :jester:

come to think of it and i just sent a PM to Wes ...

My belt is wearing out about once maybe twice a season on the blades and the drive..

a friend had the same trouble....

I think it might be b/c of me not checking it soon after i put it on and tighten up from the wearing in stage passing.... :cool2:

but other than than NOOOOOOOOO complaints ...

I would buy another.

yes has the 28, the new ones have a 33, or I did hear they may offer a kohlor.
I don't know if the tax person would go as to that far to tell me that. :)

while were talking about the 72", I blew a hyd drive belt this summer, put a new one on and the crew leader said it was like a new machine, so in the spring I'm replacing the drive belts in all my mowers. This could probably apply to all hydro machines. FYI :)

Wriken, does your cub ztr's do a good job striping?

How good is the cut quality?

I would say so, lots of other brands you have to buy a optional stripe kit or make one, cub/lesco comes standard.

looks like i will definately consider a lesco, dealer quoted me $2,050 for a 36inch, 15hp. Seems like a pretty good deal to me.
