Lawn Care Organization. If you did a search for LCO on this site then you'd see the other 50 names.

Limited Liability Corporation which means that your personal assets such as your house or personal car are protected in case a lawsuit comes up.

For a small fee you should definitely do a LLC, if you know someone with the papers already drawn up just use their layout to do your own to send into the state, I think it costs you 50.00 in Kansas to enroll as a LLC, but if it came to it, it could save you 1000's or 100000's. In the event of a stupid mistake with a mower or a vehicle wreck while on the job you could lose your house depending on the severity or your entire business.
