Prevailing wage questions

Have any of you had to deal with prevailing wages and all the red tape involved? I am in MA and will be working in this system soon, and I am trying to make the process as smooth as possible for myself and employees. Does anybody have any suggestions for me and maybe some resources that I can turn to for advice/info?? Thanks.

I think hes referring to Federal guidelines for government jobs.

Its complicated. I know guys who pass up this type of work because of the complications.

Ask who gave you the bid specs where to find more info? Or post in the Heavy equipment forum they may have more exposure to this.
